What Hands Helping America is working on or planning next. Helen's Place Expanding to Other Cities Planned HHA monitors anonymous, aggregate search activity, resource requests, repeated searches, and community feedback to understand what communities need and where resources may be missing. We look at which cities people are searching from, what types of resources they are looking for, and how often certain needs come up. Along with direct community requests, this information helps us decide where to expand and which resources to prioritize. We listen to what communities search for and ask for, so we can better serve the communities we all live in.
