Solano County Public Defender's Fresh Start program helps eligible residents pursue record-clearing relief, including sealing arrests and criminal records and Certificates of Rehabilitation. The Public Defender must have represented you on at least one case being cleared (Certificates of Rehabilitation are available to any Solano County resident). Relief depends on eligibility and court approval; outcomes are not guaranteed. Contact the Public Defender to start the process.
