Solano County homeless outreach team providing street-based services to individuals and families who are homeless or at immediate risk of becoming homeless. Offers access to mental health services, substance abuse services, potential housing connections, and applications for CalFresh and Medi-Cal. Dedicated youth line (707-631-2186) serves youth up to 24 years old.
